Our two waterfront cottages, the Pinetree and the Birchwood, are nestled on private well-treed properties, providing a magnificent view of Oudaze Lake.
The sandy and shallow beaches are ideal for children to safely swim and enjoy the water. The quiet lake is ideal for anglers and water sport enthusiasts (canoeing, kayaking, and boating). Oudaze Lake provides a variety of fish including Smallmouth Bass, Sunfish, and Perch.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets, while you gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows. And on those rainy days (sorry, but we can’t control the weather), you and your family can enjoy satellite TV and free WiFi.
For winter fun, enjoy snowmobiling and cross-country skiing on nearby trails. You’re only 15 minutes from Hidden Valley for downhill skiing and tubing.
Nearby amenities: 10-minute drive to Foodland, LCBO and Subway Restaurant. And only a 20-minute drive to Huntsville, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, tourist attractions, ammenities, and shopping. Make sure to stop in to The Nutty Chocolatier, when visiting Huntville’s historic Main Street (our family favourite).
We’re located off Highway 11, just two hours North of Toronto.
Algonquin Park
During your stay, we encourage you to visit Algonquin Park (60-minutes away). Its forests, rivers and numerous lakes, including the large Lake of Two Rivers, are home to moose, bears and loons. The park’s many trails include the Whiskey Rapids Trail, along the Oxtongue River, and the Barron Canyon Trail, with views from the north rim.
